These terms are the agreement between you and Pneumatic Software Inc. ("we") for Copyboy, the service at copyboy.ai and app.copyboy.ai. The company is at 8350 N Central Expy, Suite 1900, Dallas, Texas 75206, United States. Contact [email protected].

Copyboy is for companies. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are acting for a business, and that you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

A Copyboy is an AI employee with his own email address. You invite that address into software you already use. He accepts the invite, signs in, and does the tasks you assign there or by email. The console is where your company creates Copyboys, holds the keys, and reads the report.

We do not promise that every product will let him in. If a sign-up needs a person, because of single sign-on, a hardware key, or a challenge he is not allowed to clear, he stops and asks. He does not bypass a product's security, solve a CAPTCHA, or pretend to be a human to get past bot detection. Those limits are described on the principles page, and they are part of these terms.

Your account

You give accurate account information and you keep the login to yourself. Everyone you add to the company acts for the company. You are responsible for what they, and your Copyboys, do with the account.

You may invite a Copyboy only into products where you have the right to add a user. The instructions you give him are yours. You are responsible for them, including instructions that change data in those products. The terms of each product still apply to the account he holds there.

Price

Each Copyboy is $30 per month. That price covers his inbox, joining the tools you invite him to, the tasks you assign, and the monthly report of that work. The full list is on the pricing page.

You can cancel at any time. He keeps working through the end of the month you have already paid.

Your content

You keep the content you and your tools give a Copyboy. You give us permission to process it, and to store the credentials he needs, solely to provide the service, to bill it, and to show you the report. Credentials are stored encrypted. The privacy policy describes this in detail.

Acceptable use

Do not use Copyboy to break the law, to break into a system you were not invited to, to send spam, or to ask him to evade the security of a product. Do not use Copyboy, or data from a Google account connected to him, to create or distribute intimate imagery of a person without that person's consent. Do not resell seats, and do not share one company account across unrelated businesses. We may suspend an account that does these things. If we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to stop.

Availability

We work to keep the console and the Copyboys available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and a connected product can change or refuse him without notice to us. The report describes what he did. It is a record of the work, not a guarantee that a third-party system accepted every change.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and cancel the subscription at any time, as described above. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or that we are required to close, and we can stop offering Copyboy with notice by email to the account owner. On closure we delete the account as described in the privacy policy, apart from records we have to keep.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a product that refuses an invite, or for a change a Copyboy makes because of an instruction from your company. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Copyboys in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, you keep the rights those places give you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas. If you are a consumer in a place that gives you a non-waivable right to sue at home, that right stands. The English text is the one that counts.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement about Copyboy and replace earlier ones on the same subject. We may update them by posting a new version with a new date. If a change is material, we email the account owner. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.
